Simply text us your full name, enquiry & order number, if applicable, so that we can have you sipping on soda in no time.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be sent out following business day from when you place your order. 
All Australian orders sent via:
Australia Post.
All International orders sent via:
Standard International Post - FREE
Express International Post: $20
**Please note: Some countries may have additional customs/import fees. These fees are not included in Soda's prices. They are costs on the customer. 
TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:
It’s as simple as texting us your full name & order number however if all things are fizzing nicely, you’ll already have a link in your inbox allowing you to track your soda shades from our warehouse to your door. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If Soda simply isn’t your shade, that’s OK. We’ll happily return (and refund) your full-priced shades, within 15 days of delivery, unworn. Must be in original case. Shades received after 15 days or not received in original condition will be issued a Merchandise Credit available to be used online. 
Please allow 2 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive confirmation by text when your return is completed.
Shipping and other charges are non-refundable.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you wish to change or cancel your order within 24 hours, simply text us your full name & order number. Stock is limited so the ability to change is tight. 
Of course. We keep your information tightly locked & sealed and you can check out via PayPal, After-pay or Shopify Payments Credit Card.
